Three-dimensional
cut and folded monoprint
mounted on wood and encased in perspex, forming the hinged lid of
a wooden box which contains a cloth-bound portfolio of six monoprints
on Arches.
The poem Quantum
Leap by
NdA is printed intaglio and relief from a stencil on a single page
- the effect is of a stone carving. The inside of the box and the
portfolio cover are decorated with variations on the leaping woman
image. The work is designed
to be wall-hung or free standing.
